End Cottage

RELAX IN FRONT OF A LOG BURNING STOVE.
End Cottage was built over 300 years ago using local limestone. The exposed beams, stonework and Derbyshire gritstone fireplace with log-burning stove give this cosy and comfortable cottage real character. It is furnished to the highest standard and is very well equipped throughout. It sleeps 2 people.
"A truly lovely cottage with a very traditional feel.
Lovely and warm living room with board games (playing cards included), tv and great maps/walking recommendations to pour over in the evenings. Every room is lovely and everything you could want has been thought of. We were considering staying in neighbouring bakewell but we're glad to have chosen Ashford for a more countryside feel. Bakewell was about 40 mins walk away through fields alongside the river. We enjoyed the two pubs which were a short walk down the road and exploring the nearby Headstone viaduct. The Packhorse inn near there was our favourite pub overall."

"Lovely cottage.
Well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable. I will be back. Great area. Pubs and local shops in village. Plenty of walks and interesting market towns close by. Thoroughly recommend"

"Lovely cosy cottage
in a beautiful village in the heart of the Peak District. Great facilities and very comfortable. Log burner is a bonus at the end of a long winter walk."

"A lovely little cottage
- perfect for a getaway in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. There were all the facilities needed inlcuding a wood burning stove and a very comfy bed in a lovely location. The village is so pretty and quiet but near to good pubs, larger towns and with direct access or a short drive to miles of countryside walking."
